This is my second purchase of the Crystal Diamond Black Luxury Flip Flops and have now also purchased the White on Grey Crystal for my upcoming holiday - will only shop here going forward as these are the most comfortable flip flops that really last and also look great! Trudi is lovely, I’ve met her in person when I purchased my first pair and in correspondence over email buying my next two, quick to respond, quick delivery, lovely packaging and a discount code to boot, thank you so much - will be back soon for more colours!

Bought for my daughter in laws birthday these are her second pair 😍 her last pair went on for 3yrs of constant wear but toe post finally gave up but what great value they are

Firstly, the flip-flops are fabulous! Very comfortable and look wonderful.
However, what stood out for me was the service... Evri managed to 'misplace' the 1st order - so Trudi immediately replaced the order without any fuss or bother. She was lovely - apologetic when the issue was not her fault. When Evri the delivered both parcels on the same day (!), Trudi was then very efficient with a no-cost (to me) return for one of the packages. Exceptional service all round - I can't recommend this company highly enough.
