Delivery times and cost

Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday-Friday to ensure same day dispatch.

Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm, Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday.

We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays.

Cost

From £4.95 - UK Standard Delivery (signed for)

From £16.95 - European Shipping (tracked)
From £19.95 - International Shipping (tracked)

The prices listed are up to 1kg in weight, for heavier parcels see rates.

All orders will be delivered by a third party courier.

In the event that you order an item which is out of stock, when our website has not already informed you the item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by telephone or email.

All orders will require a signature on delivery at your address. If a signature cannot be obtained by our chosen delivery company the goods will be returned to the depot where you will be responsible for collection or rearrange delivery (at your own cost)

If the order arrives damaged i.e. there are visible signs of damage to the parcel we ask that you refuse delivery and request that it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and send you a replacement immediately. If any minor damage is detected after opening your parcel please contact us immediately at customerservice@fillilondon.co.uk
